The Opportunity

We are seeking an IT Asset Specialist to join our Firm. Within this position, you will be responsible for supporting the technology asset lifecycle as well as financial and vendor processes for the IT department Firmwide. This position will be based in our White Plains office and has a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Please note that the Firm will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

As the IT Asset Specialist you will:

• Administer and maintain technology inventory systems.
• Monitor inventory systems to identify noncompliant hardware and software.
• Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
• Create queries and reports, and compile data for analysis from various data sources.
• Maintain responsibility for special technology purchases for U.S. offices as well as discount programs with Firm technology vendors.
• Maintain contract management database for all IT contracts.
• Prepare initial drafts of Vendor Confidentiality Agreements.
• Coordinate legal review of agreements with the Office of General Counsel.
• Maintain documentation of all licenses, subscriptions, and entitlements.
• Work with global IT staff to evaluate and select new hardware and software.
• Create and maintain documentation of inventory processes and tracking systems.
• Work with other IT Staff to identify data available in other systems to cross-check with inventory.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships.
• Manage Firm resources responsibly.
• Comply with and understand Firm operation, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office including Access, Project, and Visio
• Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Lookups)
• Familiarity with enterprise technology hardware, networking, and software with the ability to learn new software
• Knowledge of database queries and reporting and basic database design
• Familiarity with formal project management practices
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrates close attention to detail in complex projects
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team
• Ability to use discretion and exercise independent and sound judgment
• Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs

Education and Experience

• Associate's degree
• Minimum of five years' experience in multi-national enterprise IT

The starting base salary for this position is expected to be within the range listed under Salary Details. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable law.
