| Provides technical expertise and support of Enterprise Infrastructure systems distributed across several data centers. Participates in short and long range technical and architectural planning. Guides all technical activities for infrastructure systems to ensure high reliability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. |

* Experience in clinical implementations, specifically with Allscripts/Altera Touchworks application and surround products is a plus
* SQL Server query writing to perform data analysis as part of troubleshooting
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work appropriately
* Integrity an high professional, personal, and ethical standards
* Ability to fulfill the requirements of On Call rotation
