Loan IQ is Macquarie's loan management system and is used in many Macquarie Groups, including Commodities and Global Markets (CGM), to manage diverse loan portfolios, from complex to simpler loans. It's an end-to-end robust cloud-hosted loan platform that reduces the need for multiple systems. Managing all loans in one place allows for greater automation, reduces costs and improves controls throughout the loans servicing lifecycle.

Salary range for this position: $136,000 - $170,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

What you offer

  • 5+ years in a Software Engineering or DevOps role, with a strong foundation in Java, PL/SQL, and RESTful microservices development.
  • Deep understanding of AWS cloud services, infrastructure as code, and cloud security frameworks.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Swagger, Tomcat, and core development tools such as Git, Bamboo, JIRA, Bitbucket (Stash), and CloudBees.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proven track record in effective troubleshooting
  • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of robust Java-based microservices from design to deployment
